Spain doesn't have an official au pair program, however, EU and EFTA citizens may work in Spain without a work permit. For citizens from other countries Spain offers programs as well.

Requirements for au pairs in Spain
18-30 years old
Can't be married and have children
Basic knowledge of Spanish or English language
Be able to pay for travel expenses
Visa. EU citizens just need a valid identity card or passport to enter Spain for as long as they wish. Non-EU citizens can stay up to 90 days, for stays over 90 days, you will need a student/aupair visa, therefore enrolment in Spanish classes or other educational courses is required for a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Requirements for host families in Spain
Have at least one child under the age of 18
Provide au pair with own bedroom and all meals
Provide au pair with pocket money from 70 EUR / week
Au pair duties cannot exceed 30 hours / week
Au pair stay: 12 month
Be a Spanish speaking family and willing to be part of a cultural exchange
